You know what’s kind of sad is that it’s been quite a while since I’ve seen Bull Durham… so I can’t remember too much. It must have made an impression on me, though, because when I was thinking ‘baseball’ it’s one of the first films that came to mind! 🙂

Not sure how you did it, but it’s pretty neat.
Thanks, Binky! Just some flash bounced off the wall to illuminate the ball, and a quick burst with a flashlight at some incense I had set-up right below the ball. Not too complicated a set-up, but it still took me a few tries to get some ‘interaction’ between the ball and the smoke that I liked.

Because I just don’t quite buy you and your wife as the tossing-around-the-pigskin-in-the-backyard types. And I realize that a pigskin is something else, but you know.
